Kate’s process is intuitive and led by your connection. She looks at how you move together, your energy, your story. Then she gets sketching, exploring shapes, stones and textures until the design feels like an expression of your love.
HOW IT WORKS
It all starts with a conversation. Bespoke consultations are held in our Newcastle studio, or can be taken virtually. This initial meeting is an opportunity to discuss your vision for your forever ring, and ask alllll the questions. Kate will guide you through selecting stones, shapes, and crafting a ring that is uniquely yours - thoughtful, bold, and distinctly CHROMA.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION
Following the initial appointment and design approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence crafting. We will develop your design through wax carvings, or CAD, based on your design brief.
Once we've finalised your design it will be sent to our casting house in Sydney, and then finished, set, and polished by Kate in her Newcastle studio.
We then have a beautiful engraving team in Sydney laser engrave CHROMA & the metal stamp in the band to complete the design.
You can expect your ring to be ready within 6 - 8 weeks from deposit being paid. Kate will communicate the whole way through the process too.
GETTING YOUR RING TO YOU!
You let us know the best and safest address and we'll get your ring to you safely and in a timely manner. All our packaging is inconspicuous for extra security and you'll receive tracking so you can stalk it's whole journey to your front door.
